Annie Lee features many extra touches that make this vacation residence the perfect place to relax and unwind. Located on the 2nd level you will enjoy the views of the gulf from your private balcony. The views continue inside while enjoying the living & dining areas in this open floor plan condo. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to be the “Gourmet” while preparing dinner and entertaining family and friends. Our condo is just a short walk to the beach or private Beach Club offering many resort type amenities.This condo offers: a king bedroom in the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom with a full bed and a set of bunks-twin over twin! Sleeps 6 comfortably. 3 High Def Smart TV’s, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, fully equipped kitchen, basically everything you need for a great vacation!A storage locker is provided with this unit.Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Resort sponsored activities are offered during the year for family fun. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date. For questions about the fee or amenities, please contact the Beach Club at Purchase of the resort amenity wristband is optional.**It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home. We are not in charge of the community grounds, offered amenities, the pools, beach, elevators or restaurant.IMPORTANT TO KNOW:*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m. *You are welcome before check-in & after check-out to enjoy the beach and resort amenities if you have purchased Beach Club wristbands.*Please note that all condos are accessible by stairs or elevators. In the event that elevators are placed out of service, stairs will be required.
