You’ll find river life at its best when you stay at this newly-built vacation rental home that sits along the banks of scenic Annisquam River in Gloucester. From the private patio, you will be mesmerized by spectacular sunsets and the parade of boats as they sail, motor, or paddle by.Annisquam River Sunsets is a comfortable one-level and air-conditioned apartment designed for easy living. From the parking area, follow the short path down a small slope to the private waterfront entrance at the rear of the property. Inside, the cozy living room has plenty of seating and opens to the modern kitchen and dining area. Just off of the living area are two ample-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom. Please note that the friendly owners live in the separate upstairs unit.There is plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the summer breezes and take opportunities for al fresco dining. Swim in the river, kayak to sand bar, fish for stripers, dig for clams, or simply enjoy the tidal beach. This summer home has easy access to the highway and commuter rail for day trips, and is just a few miles away from Gloucester’s beautiful beaches, Good Harbor Beach and Wingaersheek Beach.No smoking.
