Welcome to Bear Cub Cabin! We are 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located 8 minutes away from the Sunbowl at Stratton Mountain Ski Resort. Bear Cub Cabin is an escape designed for spending time with friends and family, enjoying Mother Nature, and as a retreat for skiers of all levels. Bear Cub Cabin was recently renovated and features an assortment of antique curated art and furniture, as well as modern appliances for everyday convenience. Follow along @bearcubcabinvt for more!The bedrooms:The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom upstairs features a king bed and ample closet space, the guest bedroom upstairs features a queen bed and ample closet space, and the guest bedroom downstairs features 2 full beds and ample closet space.The bathrooms:The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Both bathrooms feature Moroccan cement floor tiles and handmade ceramic rectangular shower tiles. The upstairs bathroom is a walk-in shower featuring a glass door and the downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bathrooms feature marble countertops and farmhouse sinks.The kitchen:The kitchen is fully equipped and features modern Samsung appliances alongside reclaimed floating shelves, including a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, double door refrigerator and Keurig k-cup machine.The living space:There are 2 living spaces at Bear Cub Cabin, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs living space is open to the kitchen and dining area, and features a leather sectional sofa, a wood burning stove, and a mounted frame TV. The downstairs living space features a sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV. We have a handful of games at the Cabin to choose from as well.The outdoor space:Bear Cub Cabin sits on 1 acre of land; the front yard is great for picnics during the summer, roasting marshmallows in the fall, and building snowman’s in the winter. The cabin also features a walk out basement and a large elevated deck at the front of the house as well as Adirondack chairs and a solo stove fire pit in the front yard.Additional notes:The cabin has strong Starlink Wifi and heating runs on gas (outside of the wood burning stove). The driveway can easily hold 3-4 cars as well.
