Restored 1821 Cape Cod farmhouse with modern kitchen/family room addition just 1.1 miles from Gunstock ski (and year round) resort, 15 minutes from Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire’s beautiful lakes region.Antique living and dining rooms, each with a gas fireplace downstairs, plus kitchen and small family room with casual dining space and adjacent spacious bedroom (with King size bed adjustable to 2 twins), large window seat on the lake/mountain view and bath with sunken tub and skylight. Two additional bedrooms (one queen, one full/double) upstairs with additional bath. Living room sofa is queen sofa bed.
