We offer a very special antique house (1903) on a private island in Norwalk harbor boasting ocean views, serenity and style. It’s a small island, a simple house 40 miles from Manhattan, 1 mile off the Connecticut coast.It’s a private and romantic retreat, an adventure, a unique family vacation. Enjoy water sports, fishing, crabbing, swimming. There’s always a breeze on the island when its hot on land. Boats pass by out of Norwalk harbor. The sunsets over Rowayton are awesome.
