Upon entering this home, you are presented with a neutralcolored living room that’s complete with a chic velvet grey couch, TVfor all your home entertainment needs, and best of all an in-homewasher/dryer. This room transitions into the Kitchen where you willfind granite-style countertops and stainless steel appliances. Acrossfrom the kitchen is the freshly tiled bathroom with a long counter andvanity mirror. The master bedroom features a queen sized bed, fulllength curtains for optimal privacy, and personal desk space. Atwo-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to thetrain station at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue Northwest and Q StreetNorthwest for the D2 and D6 buses. This apartment is a smoke-free unitthat includes paid WiFi. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnishedat the time of your move-in date.Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we askall our new members to complete a background and credit check, as wellas electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,you’ll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those inthe US) with us. We’ll shoot over the agreement right after you book,and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. Foryour credit, we’re looking for scores above 550-650, depending on yourcity and we’ll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn’t apply toDC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreementwhich you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored forlong-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. Forexample, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.Guests are required to bring these items with them.
