The compact and efficient kitchen comes equippedwith a refrigerator, gas range and stove, and plenty of cabinet space.The beautifully tiled bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Located on thenorth end of East Village in a five-story, pre-war building, thisapartment is a perfect home for those who prefer walking or riding abicycle to work or school. Down the street from big-box retailers suchas Target and Trader Joe’s, a five-minute walk from the entrance tothis well-preserved, mixed-use building will get you to the metrostation at the intersection of 1st Avenue and East 14th Street for theL train on the BMT Canarsie Line. This smoke-free apartment includesWiFi and can be furnished upon request. Short and long-term leasingoptions are available. This studio may be furnished or unfurnished atthe time of your move-in date.Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we askall our new members to complete a background and credit check, as wellas electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,you’ll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those inthe US) with us. We’ll shoot over the agreement right after you book,and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreementwhich you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored forlong-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental.
