Located on thenorth end of East Village in a five-story, pre-war building, thisapartment is a perfect home for those who prefer walking or riding abicycle to work or school. Down the street from big-box retailers suchas Target and Trader Joe’s, a five-minute walk from the entrance tothis well-preserved, mixed-use building will get you to the metrostation at the intersection of 1st Avenue and East 14th Street for theL train on the BMT Canarsie Line. This smoke-free apartment includesWiFi and can be furnished upon request. Short and long-term leasingoptions are available.
