Become the newest resident of the East Village as you make a home inthis sun-lit studio apartment. Fully equipped with hardwood floors andaccented crisp white walls for a modern feel. The East Village hasbecome one of the most eclectic neighborhoods in Manhattan. Bustlingwith busy streets and walking distance to Union Square, thisneighborhood boasts a handful of communal gardens, street art, shopsand a serious food selection. Home to the largest park on the eastcoast of the city, Tompkins Square Park is a great place for thoselooking for activities or just a leisurely stroll. The East Village hasplenty to offer visitors and locals alike. This studio may be furnishedor unfurnished at the time of your move-in date.Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we askall our new members to complete a background and credit check, as wellas electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,you’ll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those inthe US) with us. We’ll shoot over the agreement right after you book,and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. Foryour credit, we’re looking for scores above 550-650, depending on yourcity and we’ll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn’t apply toDC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreementwhich you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored forlong-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. Forexample, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.Guests are required to bring these items with them.
