This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished at the time ofyour move-in date.Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we askall our new members to complete a background and credit check, as wellas electronically sign a separate residency agreement. We’ll shoot over the agreement right after you book,and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room.
