This is a comfortable well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.The spaceApt 2A is a studio unit on the second floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.Guest accessThe third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The ground floor porch is available for sitting. The boat docks are across the street. There is a general store across the parking lot.Other things to noteThere is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible.
