The studio has a private entrance through a landscaped front yard with a patio with a coffee table and chairs. Inside is sunny with lots of natural light, teak and walnut wood table, counter tops, bar and finishing touches, a full kitchen, king size bed, couch, and 50 inch TV, WiFi is included.Kitchen has a gas range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, k cup coffee maker, drip coffee maker and French press.Bathroom complete with a tile shower makeup mirror, and vanity. New washer and dryer are on site for no additional fees. Beach chairs and supplies are also provided on request.It’s a quick walk to the beach with miles of open sand beach to walk, surf, and fish. A short ride or drive Nisene Marks state park to redwood forest full of hiking and biking trails, and short drive to lots of restaurants and entertainment. Parking for one car on site.
