Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!DO YOU ALLOW PETS?WE DO:) Allow dogs for a nominal fee depending on the breed.Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can’t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.NOISE ORDINANCE:Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.Loud noise isn’t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction.
