Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a heated saltwater pool with a hot tub, a cozy gas fireplace, an outdoor gas BBQ, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart home amenities, and awe-inspiring mountain vistas, every detail of this home is designed to perfection.Pool heat is $50 per day. Hot tub heat is no charge to 102 degrees.BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTMaster Bedroom: includes a king-size bed, dual sink, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, 65″ TV, and a direct exit to the backyard of the sparkling pool which creates a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.Second Bedroom: The second bedroom features a king-size bed with plush bedding, 55″ TV, natural light, thoughtful furnishings, and a neutral color palette, providing a bright, welcoming ambiance perfect for relaxation after a day of activities.Third Bedroom: The third bedroom, featuring two queen-size beds and 55″ TV, is a versatile and comfortable space that can accommodate family, friends, or guests, with elegant furnishings and matching furnishings, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.There is an additional bathroom with a dual sink directly and an exit from the door between the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom.Kitchen:Appliances: Clean stainless-steel appliances that blend modern style with modern performance grace the kitchen. No commercial size vehicles.VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.NOISE ORDINANCE:Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.Loud noise isn’t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction.
