There is also a poolside eating area.The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ocean view and a flatscreen TV. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Enjoy stunning sunsets every evening from the balcony of this 12th floor beauty! The bunk room has a set of twin bunks and a door for privacy. The second full bath has a shower and tub combination. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $35 plus tax per vehicle, per stay.RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), repairs on all levels of the parking deck, and beach board walk access replacement. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project.There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home.
