The backyard features many areas to relax and enjoy the amazing mountain views and the beautiful sunsets and is completely landscaped with large lawn, lime, orange & grapefruit trees and gorgeous desert landscape. During the day, sun on one of the chaise lounges or the floating loungers in the pool. On cold nights, stay warm by one of the outdoor fire pits/fireplaces. The backyard also includes a bbq with large outdoor dining table. City of Palm Springs ID# 2270.The home’s main living space includes white porcelain flooring, new flat panel TV with DVD & Apple TV, large sliding doors to backyard, large bay window with mountain view, fireplace, bar seating and dining table for six people.Very close to downtown/shopping/dining, Spa Resort Casino, golf courses, Palm Springs International Airport and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.Our maximum overnight occupancy is six adults and two children under the age of 12.
