There is also a canal walk/bike way that goes through town.- Papago Park: Urban park with interesting red rock structures. Fun to climb on and explore. Camelback Mountain is easily accessible, making Arcadia popular for hikers. Centrally located between downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale, there is plenty to explore.Getting Around:Lyft and Uber are popular in Phoenix. There are also some bikeshare options and Bird Scooters available nearby. If you plan to explore outside of Arcadia, a rental car is recommended.Other Things to Note:- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.- Pets must be approved. If our team finds evidence of pets without prior approval, we charge a $200 fee.- Please clean up after pets. A $75 fee will be applied for any waste left behind.- Please respect our neighbors and community and keep noise at a minimum at all times.- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, dumpsters are located in the parking area.- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.- Respect our check out time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees up to $200 as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.- Do not lose the house keys, or pool keys. We charge $100 per key that is not returned prior to check out.Interaction with Guests:The condo has a lockbox allowing for self check in and check out. However, I will be available throughout your stay for anything you may need.
