Outside, the home boasts multiple locations for dining al fresco, dipping in the heated pool and sunbathing on the roof deck. The property’s location, within the private Broadview Association, provides multiple options for walking or biking, as well as direct beach access via the historic enclosed stairway. 54 Broadview offers a truly unique experience in the Hamptons.
