The windows throughout the home were also recently renovated and reimagined by H3K design. There’s a private swimming pool with great sun exposure, plentiful outdoor seating for lounging and dining, as well as a firepit where you can unwind beneath the stars each evening.This home is located in the desirable Movie Colony East neighborhood of Palm Springs, where it’s surrounded by other architectural gems and celebrity homes. You’ll be a few blocks from the tennis courts at Ruth Hardy Park, and less than a mile east of Palm Canyon Drive – the main strip in downtown Palm Springs that’s lined with celebrated restaurants, boutiques, antique shops, casinos, and other attractions. The Palm Springs Art Museum is just over a mile west, Palm Springs International Airport is two miles southeast, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is less than seven miles west.Things to KnowOutdoor music is prohibited. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable.
