This sweet little hideaway is located in midtown, close to the Univ of AZ, Banner Hospital & downtown Tucson. The barrio style studio is apprx 300 sf w a bathroom, kitchen and private patio. The bright colors are reflective of Mexico charm. The large private patio area is quaint & plush w large trees, patio set, firepit, bbq grill, and a private parking space.This is a quiet established neighborhood. We allow friendly dogs. The galley kitchen has med size frig, apt size stove and oven, microwave, blender toaster and most everything you need to cook for your stay. The main room has a queen bed, lazy boy recliner and old farmers desk/table for dining. The space has a faux fireplace heater and wall AC. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, white fluffy towels, and most toiletries needed for a short stay.We like to know who you are when you rent so tell us a little about yourself and what brings you to stay in our studio.Friendly dogs are welcome. If you have a cat to bring, please talk to us first, we have some special rules for cats that you would need to agree to.We do not allow parties and absolutely no smoking in our home. NO SMOKING INSIDE.Coffee & tea provided for a few days stay. Washer and Dryer available in the utility room near the carport is shared with the front house and hours are 8 am to 8 pm.Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.Mountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etcPlease note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone’s protection. Tampering with them is not allowed and will result in terminating agreement.Key box with code for flex check in (provided 2 days before check in).
