The wood floors can creak.*Summer in this area is not hot. It’s very foggy and windy.*Must climb a flight of stairs up to the front door and down to the primary bedroom. The stairs to the primary bedroom have a handrail on one side only. Be cautious!*The heater and air exchange downstairs might be loud for some people.*The shower upstairs can take a few minutes to get hot.*The bathtub upstairs is not functional.*The disposal can spit up food if you don’t cover the drain in the second basin.We want to host guests who can take care of the home and keep it in excellent condition until the owners return.Please inquire before confirming your booking if you’re not 100% sure about the space.
