This space is a perfect couple’s getaway with the cozy fireplace and custom stonework, but also features a full basement with media room, rower, and sauna, plus a bedroom with two queens – perfect for kids or friends! This location is private and set-back amongst the trees, but is also just a half mile off Nelson 151 and a 5-10 minute drive to breweries, wineries, and distilleries.Artisan’s Lodge is stocked with all of the amenities that you need for a luxurious getaway. The layout of the property is described below:FIRST FLOOR:The entry is on the main floor and does have a couple of steps that lead down onto the stone pathway from the parking area.OFFICE – Queen daybed, desk, office chair, desk lamp, and two arm chairs.KITCHEN – Fully stocked kitchen will all major appliances and Keurig (pods included). Please note that the stove is gas.DINING – Dining table with seating for 6 and buffet.LIVING ROOM – Couch, two arm chairs, wood burning fireplace, and coffee table. Please note that we do not have a TV in the living area on the main floor.SCREENED IN PORCH – Located off of the living room, dining table with seating for 6.MASTER BEDROOM – King bed, dresser, smart TV (please login to your own streaming platforms), full length mirror, sound machine, nightstands with lamps, robes, and walk-in closet.
