Enjoy sleeping in a custom-made queen-size bed by French-American owner and sculptor/photographer/filmmaker Pascal Giacomini, who hand-built many of the space’s delightful and unique metal and wood furnishings. Completely renovated spacious studio apartment with separate sleeping area and private entrance. Gorgeous new bathroom with marble walls and stone tile floor. Grounds and apartment filled with sculptures and art from Haiti, Papua New Guinea, Brazil, Bali, and Thailand. Our main house has been operating as a private (by appointment) art gallery for over 30 years.This is not a shared space, it is your own private apartment that is the downstairs unit of the main house. You are welcome to use the backyard, hot tub, and cabana.Centrally located with many restaurants and the best margaritas in town, all within walking distance. 10-minute walk to Runyon Canyon for spectacular hiking. 5-10 min drive to groceries, shopping, restaurants. 35-40 min drive to the beach.
