Artist’s Oceanfront Retreat – Entire HouseThis Spectacular Beach Front Property boasts one of the most breathtaking coastal views in Newport. Sleeps 9 in 3 bedrooms including a stunning master suite, and 2 1/2 baths. This is our regular residence that we share with guests. With no boardwalk in front of the house you can enjoy peaceful beach life without the foot traffic of other Newport Beach properties . The deck sits right on the sand near the well-known 54th St. surf spot, hosting regular contests and a few local pros year-round. Wake up with coffee in hand to porpoise, catalina island views, and the endless Pacific ocean. Mid-day brings bright sunshine (usually!) beach visitors who drive from often an hour to get to this beach. Expect brilliant sunsets offshore and the sound of crashing waves to lull you to sleep. The neighborhood is very safe, and we protect your belongings (and ours) with Ring cameras at the front door and inside the garage.This location has been in our family since 1969, replaced with a top-end custom home 40 years later, and Remodeled in 2023.We share our home for the enjoyment it brings, and we don’t use a management company.
