There are porches on the front and back of the house with a patio surrounded by gardens at the back of the house with charcoal BBQ, Badminton & Croquet sets for lawn play.The first floor has a fully stocked, open plan with bright cook’s kitchen, great for entertaining with 5 seats at the kitchen island; a full bathroom with clawfoot tub; a library/sitting room open to the kitchen; a dining room with round table, seats 8; and a living room with 55” Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, HBO Max, Apple TV.On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, a laundry with washer and dryer, and a bathroom with large tiled shower. Bedroom with bay window has a Queen bed and TV. The South Bedroom has a double bed; The East Bedroom has a comfy double futon; Lots of room for a queen air mattress (provided), if needed.There are two bedrooms on the third floor with a bathroom, with a fully tiled shower.
