Great for kidsSouthside of the house:Bunk-bed room with three bunk beds, a couch, and flat screen TV.Queen bedroom with large closet and Window/Door sliders to front deck.In between the North & South sleeping areas is large, open living, dining and kitchen space with soaring ceiling, a wood stove fireplace and generous sitting area.The fully-equipped kitchen has an island with 4 stools and opens into the dining room that seats 8 comfortably at the wide country table.Large private outdoor backyard deck is perfect for dining al fresco. Large manicured yard, too!Enjoy a family dinner with the sun setting on the west facing back porch. and experience tranquility while reading your newspaper or novel on the front porch.10 minute walk to Tristram’s private beach, 5 minute walk to Millies and General Store, and around the corner easy access to the bike path/town bus stop!There is a private, landscaped yard with gas grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor picnic table.Nantucket is a spectacular Island, which makes it a popular destination!We have a strict cancellation policy.**60 day Cancellation policy**Full refund will be issued if cancelled 60 days prior to check in date.
