Description
In this hip beautifully restored 3/2, you will find everything you need to stay for your getaway in comfort and luxury while taking advantage of a relaxing private patio & very vibrant neighborhood.We have 3 bedrooms. Beds include a Cal King, Queen and a twin daybed with a twin pullout trundle; and two bathrooms.We are around a mile from the downtown River Walk area and The Alamo and are within the Museum Reach. You can walk to the Pearl Brewery for shopping, dining, and the weekend Farmers’ Market. The St. Mary’s strip entertainment district is less than 50 ft from our front gate and is a very lively district with bars, restaurants, and music venues that are busy on weekends and later in the week.Our house is very close to the San Antonio Zoo and the Witte Museum as well as many shopping opportunities at the Quarry just North of the house on 281.If you are interested in Six Flags or Sea World, we are about 25 minutes from each.Our location is very central and has immediate access to highways and freeways which will take you anywhere you need to be for work or play in minutes.We welcome up to 2 pets up to 50lbs each. There is a $150.00 pet fee per stay that is mandatory. Make sure you state that you are bringing a pet/pets when requesting your total. If the platform does not add it into the total, I will send you a separate payment request.Please be aware that this is an urban location and it is adjacent to a lively entertainment district. You should expect nighttime noise and activity on the weekends.
