Description

A very clean completely remodeled (rebuilt) farmhouse located on 5 acres, very little traffic, lots of wildlife in the area. 10-15 minutes to downtown Asheville. House is adjacent to a creek. (A pond is being built across the creek by a neighbor)Two downstairs bedrooms and the upstairs loft provide privacy. ROKU TV in common area and bedrooms. Washer Dryer/ laundry room. Porch, 1/2 covered, 1/2 uncovered. Gas grill, porch swing, meadow view of creek behind house.
