Or, if you prefer, the Aspen Mountain gondola is a short walk (1.5 blocks) from the condo. If you prefer to ski at Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk or Snowmass you are only 2 blocks from the free skier shuttle.In addition to its excellent proximity to Aspen Mountain, this condo, with its floor to ceiling glass windows, has unrivaled views of Aspen Mountain, Red Mountain as well as downtown Aspen. Conveniently centered in the heart of Aspen you are never more than a few blocks from world class shops, hotels and restaurants.The Durant condominium complex recently completed a $12 million exterior renovation (completed in June, 2015). Flexible cleaning service is available upon request (daily – weekly).
