Warm and inviting three bedroom traditional Cape located in the desirable Nauset Heights area of Orleans.The first floor offers a comfortable living room, bright dining room with ocean view, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove, one full bathroom with tub, and two bedrooms; one with two twin beds and exterior access to a screen porch, and the other with a full bed.The second floor has views of the ocean and beautiful sunrises from all rooms including the sitting room, full bath with shower, and the third bedroom with one queen bed and one twin bed.There is a nice grass backyard with ocean view, a private front yard, enclosed screen porch, slate patio and garage for storage items only. Bunnies are frequent visitors.Amenities include: Three air conditioning units (one up and two down), wireless internet, two televisions; one upstairs and one down and both with cable and Roku, a new smart washer that automatically dispenses healthy environment detergent with no need to bring or add your own, dryer, charcoal grill, and plenty of beach chairs.
