Hotels have advantage when there is a maintenance or cleaning issue that needs to be addressed. Unlike hotels, when we have an issue, it’s the same as if it happens at your own home…. We call to schedule service. In some instances, it can be resolved quickly. In some cases, we are at the mercy of the scheduled contractor – such as HVAC or plumbing issues. When there is a maintenance issue, by booking you agree to notify us of any maintenance issue immediately and allow us an appropriate amount of time to handle the issues. We do take these seriously but need an appropriate amount of time to schedule items that break. We do have our properties regularly serviced for maintenance. We do ask you to notify even of the smaller issues – while it may be minor for your stay, we would to prevent the issue turning into something more serious in the future.
