Charming guest cottage detached from elegant estate home in the historic Cobbham district. New construction. Includes 1 and a 1/2 baths, kitchenette, washer dryer, wifi and cable television. Comfortably sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children. Bedroom has a queen size bed as well as an additional large window bed and trundle underneath ideal for one or two children. Covered outside porch with picnic table, fire table, and outdoor television. You won’t find a nicer weekend rental in Athens!Short walk to many restaurants, shops and bars in the Normaltown/Prince Ave area. Less than 1 mile walk to downtown Athens, 1.5 miles to Sanford Stadium. Two night minimum.
