The district is safe, well-traveled, and has City Ambassadors conveniently positioned to help and guide. (Check the neighborhood to get detailed information about the area and all attractions.)THE BASICS:– 1 Bedroom/1 Bath unit located in Peachtree Towers in Downtown Atlanta. This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.– Spectacular views of Downtown and Midtown from its own balcony.– Master bedroom with a queen size bed and the closet for comfortable living/sleeping space for 2. All linens are included in the closet spaces.– One Sofa(sleeps 2) bed and one daybed(sleeps 2) in the living room.– Fully functional bathroom and kitchen.– Stove, Refrigerator.– A/C (You can only adjust the air flow amount. The building controls the starting date every year, normally it is around March. Please check the details before you book)– Heating (Building controls the starting date every year, normally it is around Oct. Please check the details before you book)– Laundry: Laundry: There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. You have access to this as well, and washing is $1.25 per load and drying is between $.25 per load, depending on which machine you useWHAT’S INCLUDED:– Sheets, towels, and washcloths provided– Toilet paper and paper towels provided– Shampoo, Conditioner provided– Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board provided– Kitchen includes the toaster oven, pots/pans, cups, dishes, utensils, a knife set, a coffee maker, and basic cooking supplies– Basic cleaning supplies (dish soap, all-purpose cleaner, etc.)Guest Access:You will have full access to the whole apartment, basement laundry room and spacious balcony overlooking Peachtree Street. Most things are walking distance.Other Things to Note:If rules are violated, you may be asked to leave the building and no refund will provide. We will not take responsibilities for that.**No Smoking No Vaping at all times inside the buildings. If found smoking inside the buildings $250 will be fined.**Wearing mask in the common area**This is no onsite parking for this building. Please DON’T put anything valuable inside of the car, we can’t take any responsibilities for car breaking or any loss if that happens since we don’t have any control for the parking.**No party and no gathering.** No pets allowed in the unit. Violation will result in a $600 fine from the building.** Please do not take our building sensor cards/ fob when check out. Missing fob will result in $100 replacement cost.**Late check out that’s not agreed upon will result extra cleaning fee and inconvenience fee around $200 and up. Please be aware.**The building has 24/7 concierge and no one can get in with the sensor fobs so it is very safe inside of the building. But being located downtown, all kinds of people may gather, we can’t take any responsibilities if you don’t like the area or don’t feel safe, please do your research for the downtown area before you book.**This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.**The building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please don’t book this unit if you have high standard for the temperature or have allergies. Please ask us the details before you book.** Located in a high rise building which means you will have neighbors around, we are working hard to provide a comfortable environment but we don’t take responsibilities for anything happened outside of the condo/unit, including smoking smell from other units etcInteraction with Guests:We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
