About this spaceThis stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.The spaceBeautiful 5k+ square foot home with 7.5 bathrooms and a total of 6 bedrooms available with a stylish luxurious feel.Guest will have full access of the three levels that’s available.Must 21+ to bookWe require a $1000 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that is due a DAY before you CHECK IN.. NO REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT NO ACCESS TO THE HOME! Due to unforeseen issues and unpleasant guest the REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED! If the home is extremely dirty or trashed you will not receive your refundable deposit back! We want all guest to enjoy their experience and have a pleasant stay but rules have to be enforced for protection of the homeowner and home.No smoking of any kind is allowed at this residence you will be charged a $1000 fine after checkout. No pets are allowed of any kind you will be charged a $1000 fine. No loud noise after 10pm or you will be charged with a fine. After the first warning you will be fined after a second warning you will be removed from the premises with no refund and a $1000 fine. NO PRODUCTION is allowed in the home without approval if ANY production is done in the home without consent from the host or co host you will be asked to leave immediately with NO REFUND and NO DEPOSIT. It is security cameras on the property if they are moved or turned off thats automatic termination of your deposit. Those cameras are in place for your safety and the property safety. We do not like charging fees or taking deposits so please abide by the rules that are in place. Thanks
