Fabulous Oceanview jetted bathtub in full bathroom! Parking for one car is included and free in the indoor garage. There is a vehicle height limit of 6′ 5″ in the parking garage. Full access to these upscale Atlantic Palace amenities: oceanview outdoor pool on the 3rd floor with indoor hot tub (open Memorial Day through Labor Day), arcade/game room with video games and pool table, fitness room. Vending machines with snacks/drinks on the 3rd floor. 24 hour security in the resort. Coin operated laundry machines located in laundry rooms on 7,11,17,23,27,29 floors. Vending machines with laundry detergents are available on site.This is the perfect vacation spot in the center of everything!Rules & Regulations: No pets are allowed in the building. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the building and in the unit. Valid state-issued photo ID is required upon check-in. There is an age restriction to book this studio. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian. No one under 21 may make a reservation. Only the person listed on the reservation may check into the unit and must be 21 years of age or older. Do not book a room if you are under 21. You will not be able to check-in upon arrival at the Atlantic Palace and no refund will be issued.
