Very attractive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom centrally air-conditioned home with vaulted ceilings in the Great room and master bedroom. There is a large eat-in-kitchen with dining table and chairs, complete range of appliances, kitchen gadgets, all crockery, cutlery, utensils etc. etc.There is a large 31′ x 15′ fully screened-in swimming pool in the rear garden that is fully-fenced-in for total privacy. The pool can be viewed from the Great room patio.The home has an attached double garage that has a full size washer and dryer and is accessible directly from the kitchen.
