He is usually quick to turn off/be quiet when asked.*Property has traffic noise from Glendale Blvd and 5 Freeway that can be heard, especially when windows/doors are open.*As it’s true with most of LA, homelessness is present in the neighborhood. It’s important to use your best judgement and lock doors and windows. We recommend keeping back gate locked at all times. Don’t leave windows open when not present.*Sensitive plumbing, both toilets clog on occasion so be mindful.Pool Heating and Utilities:*Pool heating can be arranged in advance at an additional fee of $100/day and hired for the whole stay.
