Walk into Boyne City for dinner. Visit the indoor farmers market on Saturday morn.Our home sits less than a mile from Boyne City & Young State Park and a short drive to Petoskey or Charlevoix.Grocery store (family fare) 1/4 mile away. More upscale markets in town.Ask me about a seasonal ski rental!One of two condos in the duplex. Unit comes fully stocked with all you’ll need for your Winter stay “up-north”.Tastefully decorated, you will find ample sleeping with two queen beds, two full beds and 1 twin. Family room “nook” offers an additional queen size futon that can be used for sleeping.Amenities include full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, new stove and refrigerator as well as WiFi internet, flat screen TV, and full size washer and dryer. Gas barbecue grill available. Parking for 2 vehicles.Note: This is a 2 unit condominium building. We own and live in the west side unit. The east side unit is the rental.
