Our newest great home!!! A super comfy, open floor plan, large 3 bed, 2 bath designer decorated in uniquely Austin bohemian chic style, with pool, cabanas, BBQ, and the energetic South Congress neighborhood. Just a few blocks from downtown, and the convention center. You’ll be conveniently located steps from live music, restaurants, + shops.We also have a newly renovated clubhouse that includes a fitness center, a games room with free arcade games, SkeeBall, and foosball and gathering space.This our newest Airbnb condo, and it’s going to be the best one yet! I just had the kitchen, floors and bathrooms renovated and are brand new, Aland we worked to create a place that is stylish and super comfortable to stay in. check my hundreds of other five star reviews from my other similar units until we get a few more of our own here..We love to travel ourselves, and after spending countless nights in AirBnBs and hotels we know it can be kind of a crapshoot, so I wanted to create a fun space that had the best of what we liked and avoid the stuff that we don’t like. A clean well maintained space in a great location.Really comfortable mattresses and beds, high thread count soft sheets and towels, strong showers with rainfall showerheads, and lots of other little extras. Someplace homey, comfortable and fun! Someplace that feels like the city your visiting and has more style than a generic hotel room.This is a very large apartment, designed by Austin locals to be a fun comfy, sparkly home away from home right in the heart of everything. The apartment is well air-conditioned (it gets hot in Austin). Whether it’s nightlife, brunch or hike along the lake, it’s all right there. We’re located near a ton of great places in Austin and right in the middle of all the South Congress fun. There is easy free parking on-site and the apartment has easy access to S. Congress Ave. and the neighborhood and a few blocks from downtown and the convention center.We want you to feel right at home in our place and in our city. So if there’s anything we can do to prep for or help you out during your visit don’t hesitate to ask! There is always something amazing going on in Austin, and we’ll be happy to give you some great tips on live music, fantastic food, or the lowdown on what’s going down while you’re here. If you need some tips on where to find the best tacos, the best BBQ without a long wait, what bands are playing while you’re here, we got ya covered.Our place sleeps large groups comfortably. We have 2 queen beds, 1 king bed as well as a pull-out queen couch, all with new Tempurpedic and memory foam mattresses, and 3 separate bedrooms. There are also 3 fold-flat futon couches. Queen size portable memory foam mattresses are also available if you have a really big group and don’t want to be separated.You’ll have a coffee maker and coffee for when you don’t feel like walking over to Jo’s for an iced latte. A Sonos sound system for when you need to hear more of that amazing band you were listening to last night. TVs all over the home with cable, HBO and Netflix, Hulu, etc. for when you any of you just want to stay in. A full kitchen if ya want to cook, and a large washer and dryer if you want clean clothes for the next stop.If you have any questions, please ask. We’ll get back to y’all quickly!The space is clean and bright and great for any celebration. New kitchen, bathrooms, and floors throughout. The master bathroom is very large and includes two showers, a tub, and double sinks which is useful if several people are trying to get ready at once. No one else lives here when we don’t have guests. The space is set up exclusively for you. You will have use of the entire space. We have an electronic smart lock with a keypad and your own code, so check-in is easy and whenever you want, and everyone in your party can come and go whenever they please. No need to manage or even carry keys.A favorite of locals and visitors alike, we are located in the lively and fun SoCo neighborhood and a few blocks from the heart of downtown and the conventioncenter.Tons of great music, food, and shopping are easily walkable in the neighborhood out the front door, and downtown is right nearby. We have free parking. Car2Go (short-term and by the day rental cars), as well as rental bikes and scooters are located on the premises. The majority of Austin is a short Lyft or Uber ride. There is also a very close bus stop that goes straight to the airport, as well as most everywhere else.Rule number one: Have fun!There is no minimum stay on weekdays.Friday and Saturdays in November, December (excludes Christmas and New Years weekends) and January are fine for single day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events. That isn’t very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me. .We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests or questions prior to booking. I’m happy to try and work with you.Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or outside.No glitter or confetti, please. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first.
