Step into the wonderful world of Plum Island living. The location of this beach house is what makes it such a great choice and value. It is at the top of one of the highest spots on the island so you can enjoy a view of the ocean as well as the wonderful breeze. It is located just across the street from the beach. It is within easy walking distance to a convenience store, restaurants including Mad Martha’s, Plum Island Grille, and tackle and bait shop. For WINTER rentals, it is conveniently located, not too far onto the island.
