Our cozy, second floor, studio residence – with an elevator – has all the amenities of your home away from home. The interior has been totally updated, including new windows and interior window shutters but will reflect a part of Old Naples that has passed, with hand paintings by a local artist of Gordon Pass before its development and local birds – all combined to provide a fresh coastal cottage feel. This adorable condo residence has a king bed, full kitchen, full bath with beach chairs and umbrella for two. It will give the residents a feel of a cottage near the beach. There is plenty of room for your personal items with a large built-in wardrobe, cable TV, and your own personal Internet/WiFi to ensure you are always connected to the outside world should you want to re-connect after a day of swimming in our oversized pool or the beautiful Gulf of Mexico – just steps to your front door.Coquina Cottage will have all of the Naples historic flare of the local area.
