Cobb. Golf instruction is available for both adults and kids as young as four years of age.Linen and Cleaning fees are included in the price of the bookings for all weekly or longer rentals. A Cleaning and Linens fee will be charged after booking for all rentals booked for less than a week.IMPORTANT: FRIPP ISLAND RESORT ACCESS FEESIf you, your friends, and your family would like to enjoy the Fripp Island Resort amenities, we can assist you in purchasing amenity cards to gain access since we are club members. The Resort now charges 12.8% in addition to your rental agreement for access to the resort and $50 for a weekly amenity card or $35 for a 4 Day amenity card during prime season or $35 for a weekly card and $25 for a 4-day card for off-season bookings. Two weekly amenity cards will be included for FREE IF you choose to buy additional cards from the Resort which triggers the 12.8% resort fee. The resort fees and amenity cards can be purchased using a credit card with 3.5% service fees or you can pay with a check and not pay service fees. If your family does not desire to use the resort’s amenities such as pools, golf courses, restaurants, etc., then no additional charges are required other than the original VRBO booking.We are a NON-PET rental. Please don’t book our house if you intend to bring a pet.
