Unit is on the second floor…no elevators.Unit is located next to the pool. (balcony does NOT face the pool)Queen size bed in bedroom, there is a pull out sofa bed in living-room. Internet with Wi-Fi access, two smart LED TVs. Kitchen has been renovated with granite counter tops. Washer & dryer in unit. Central A/C, iron & board. Linens provided, towels provided. Parking in complex. Guest to provide their own meals . Some items are in the unit for your use. Once diminish it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for their supplies.Brand new A/C unit. Installed on June 2020.
