The kitchen is fully equipped. Quartz countertops. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. The condo is located on the ground floor, few steps from the pool. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Shopping centers, like Publix supermarket, are within walking distance.
