Beautifully kept through the years, the home still features original wood flooring, an original fireplace, and original hand-crafted crown modeling. Built on the grounds of the original Trustees’ Garden, this historic area of Savannah has played a significant role in Savannah’s history. First as an experimental garden, then as various military forts and Ironworks, and now as an incredible combination of beautiful venues. Find an oversized queen sofabed, two comfortable sitting chairs in the living room, and a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows.The home provides an ensuite bedroom with its own private bathroom. Find a new queen mattress wrapped in crisp linens and plush pillows in the ensuite. Shiplap walls and oversized windows create a warm, comfortable setting perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combination. The bathroom is outfitted with all essentials, including towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer.The home’s second bedroom is situated off of the living room and provides a comfortable space with a new queen mattress and fresh linens. The second, shared bathroom is accessible through the living room and features a single vanity, toilet, and low-entry shower.
