The entire house does have central A/C.Outdoor: large/private outdoor space with BBQ grill and outdoor shower.Parking: Parking for up to 4 cars.Half bath on the main level, a full bathroom en-suite in the first floor’s master bedroom plus a second full bathroom upstairs. Fines will be assessed, sometimes over your security, if you do not abide by the following rules:-No additional guests without host approval-No parties. Fines assessed for additional cleaning, trash removal and property damage. A party is grounds for termination of stay and immediate removal with no refund.-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.-Pets allowed with approval before arrival and subject to a pet fee of $50 per dog, up to two dogs allowed. Cats are not allowed.-No sublet, and no packages may be sent to the house without host approval.-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.If you are booking through VRBO: You agree that The Host will charge your card for the full payment of the stay 24 hours after booking. Any payments by VRBO (service fees) will be charged separately.No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
