Celadon Beach Unit 2009 is located on the 20th floor with beautiful beach views from the Master Bedroom, living room, and wrap around balcony. Tile in main areas with new laminate flooring in all bedrooms, updated furniture with 4 new flat screen TVs with WIFI throughout. New King mattresses all 3 bedrooms and washer & dryer (new 2024) in separate laundry room. The sleeper sofa is intended for children and teens. Enjoy the 2 pools, one indoor/outdoor and other beachfront, 2 hot tubs, tennis/pickle ball court, fitness room, covered picnic area with grill and beachside outdoor picnic area. Covered parking with walkover on 2nd floor.* Beach Chair Service! You get two beach chairs and one umbrella everyday *March-October* A Parking pass must be purchased after booking from Celadon HOA.
