The two children’s rooms have Full over Full bunk beds and share the hallway bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms have upgraded carpet. Throughout the rest of the home, there are hardwood and tile flooring.It has a beautifully upgraded open-concept kitchen with a dining room. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full-size washer, dryer, and half bath located just off the kitchen. The dining room comfortably seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar and family room table.Relax in our in-ground sparkling pool and jacuzzi in the rear yard. Our pool is surrounded by scored concrete deck patio with plenty of space to soak up the sun. There is also a natural gas BBQ, patio dining set, chaise loungers, and chairs.The game room in the garage is located off the pool and deck area. The game room has Stiga Ping Pong & Standard Size Pool Table. There are also strollers, high chairs, pack n’ play, and booster seats for infants and toddlers.All rooms have 46+ TV.
