This bright studio faces a quiet side street, just off of busy ocean drive. -located right across from Lummus Park If you want to see what’s happening this studio is in the heart of the action.Wake up to the sun & sky of south beach, on the ocean – only a beautiful green park between you and the beach, – in our lovely art deco building. We are at 530 ocean Dr. South BeachMeet friends in our beautiful lobby, ride the elevator to your condo.Airy and bright! Updated studio– Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker. One bathroom with tub/shower combination. A comfortable queen size bed to rest at night and sleeper futon sofa. Central A/C.
