Charming Victorian style air-conditioned home only one block from the Petoskey pier and beach, marina, Bear River Recreation Area, Gaslight District, and Petoskey Wheelway (bike path), stretching from Petoskey to Charlevoix to the west, and Petoskey to Harbor Springs and Alanson to the northeast. Everything is at your fingertips. The sunsets are incredible; the days are refreshing; the skies are brilliant. Stay for a week and enjoy all the beauty that only northern Michigan can offer! The cottage consists of two units; this Unit A and also a separate back Unit B which has one bedroom and sleeps two. It also has a separate entrance. The cottage has been inspected and licensed as a vacation rental with the City of Petoskey.24-27
