Located in the South Forest Beach area, our villa is close to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines. This is a gated beachfront complex. Our condo is non-smoking and pet-free.** REMINDER ** Seaside Villas is a pet-free community as per its covenants. Any pets found on condo property are subject to a daily $500 fine assessed by the condo association. (We love our pets too, unfortunately they are not allowed).This one bedroom villa (with a pocket door for privacy) has a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a full-sized sleeper sofa, and dining area. There is a 50″ 4K flat screen TV in the living room and another flat screen TV in the bedroom — both with cable television. Included is also an airbed with pump and another rollaway bed. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi and free long distance within the USA. There is a remodeled balcony with a terrific ocean view. On-site amenities include a pool and sun deck as well. Recent renovations include updated floors, kitchen, sofa couch, and a new queen-sized in the bedroom.Please let us know ahead of time the number of guests staying in the condo for safety reasons.
