WE HAVE AT LEAST A 24 HOURS GAP BETWEEN THE CHECKOUT AND THE NEXT CHECK-IN FOR OUR PROPERTY.I have no doubt you would enjoy your stay in our remodeled (November 2017) condo which is located on the 25th floor in Tower II of the Waikiki Banyan resort complex. It has an awesome direct Ocean View from every room! FREE PARKING!!This Deluxe Ocean View condo is the perfect place for a family vacation, honeymoon, anniversary, or anytime!!Located right in the heart of Waikiki, and within walking distance of many attractions including iconic Waikiki Beach which is just steps away, as well as many shops and restaurants and the newly opened International Marketplace.Our condo is warm and welcoming and once you arrive you will never want to leave,as our condo has all the comforts of home, is superbly maintained, and includes many extras at no additional cost, including beach chairs, beach umbrella, water toys and games.For your comfort we have a luxurious king size bed, a queen size sofa bed , and a pack n play porta crib for the little ones.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials necessary for family dining or an intimate dinner for two.For your entertainment we provide cable TV in the living room with 175-channel cable package.The Waikiki Banyan is an amazing resort featuring a recreation deck which includes a large swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.There is also a children’s playground, putting green, snack bar, as well as Barbecues and tables for outside dining.For your further enjoyment we provide boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels; all of which are located within the unit, so there is no need to worry about a lack of fun or supply.Also, a new Bike rental program ( Gobiki.org ) has been installed in front of the Waikiki Banyan offering bike rentals by the hour or day. You can rent from one location and drop at any of the many Biki stations around Waikiki, a great way to see the sights.
